• All plan purchases are final and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify plan prices, features, or validity at any time.

3. Earnings and Wallet

• You earn rewards by watching advertisements as per your active plan's specifications.
• Earnings are credited to your website wallet. The balance in the wallet is a virtual credit and holds no real-world value until a withdrawal is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to deduct any amount from the wallet that is found to be earned through fraudulent, automated (bots), or any means that violate our terms.

4. Withdrawal Policy

• You can request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum withdrawal amount specified on the withdrawal page.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details (UPI ID or Bank Account). We are not liable for payments made to an incorrect account provided by you.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Delays may occur due to bank holidays or technical issues.
• We reserve the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity on the account.

5. Referral Program

• You can earn referral bonuses and commissions by inviting new users to our platform using your unique referral code.
• Creating fake accounts or referring yourself to earn a bonus is considered fraud and will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
• Referral commission is calculated based on the earnings of your referred users as per the rules mentioned on the referral page.

6. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to watch ads or perform any other activity on the site.
• Creating more than one account per person.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity to manipulate earnings.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease, and any balance in your wallet will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding the uptime or availability of the service. In no event shall PaisaView.Click, nor its directors, be liable for any financial loss or damages arising out of your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh for the resolution of any disputes.
